That one would be by far my favourite views, instead of those looking to the park, and it is south orientation, it gets a lot of sun and brightness.

1st floor:

HOTEL LOBBY
RESIDENTIAL LOBBY, MAIL ROOM, VALET OFFICE, PACKAGE ROOM
LOADING BERTH, ACCESSORY PARKING GARAGE.
RETAIL STORES

2nd Floor:

HOTEL LOUNGE
MEETING ROOMS
KITCHEN
BALLROOM
STORAGE ROOMS

3rd floor:

RESTAURANT & LOUNGE
HOTEL LOUNGE AND BAR
KITCHEN
ACCESSORY OFFICE
MECHANICAL ROOM

Floor called MZ3 (floor between 3rd and 4th):

MECHANICAL ROOM

4th floor:

GENERATOR ROOM, MECHANICAL ROOMS
HOTEL ROOMS
STORAGE ROOM

Because of that mezzanine floor (Labeled MZ3), mechanical floor we're talking about, which is actually on the 19th floor, looks like it's on the 20th..

Here is what mezzanine floor means for those who don't know:

"In architecture, a mezzanine or entresol is an intermediate floor between main floors of a building, and therefore typically not counted among the overall floors of a building."

I'm gonna repeat now, I won't say something I don't have proof for..

I count what our eyes see, not what the paper or site say. If you are in front of the building and count the floors to the eye, you see that my count is right (counting floor by floor, ok).

But from what you said, I believe that this building can happen the same thing at the World Trade Center. The floors are given count differently than the real way (counting from the bottom up).
Anyway, I just count the floor that I see, but I could be wrong.

I hope you do not get me wrong, I just commented on my opinion.

I thought the same for a long time..I spent a lot of time counting floors on the renders and pics..The same shit happened over and over again..Then I gave up..Recently I was looking at this floor schedule again and noticed this mezzanine floor..And everything was clear..And I learned to trust to official documents more than to my eyes..Because they simply can show more that eyes can see..No problem buddy..At least we were talking about something here other than "nice building"..

They were lifting concrete at the time. The tower looks massive up close!

From NYCD's pictures taken yesterday it looks like 3 curved panels on the 57th Street elevation (at what seems to be level 6, counting the mezzanine level 3M) are now missing glass. Previous pictures taken a week or two ago show that glass being there upon first installation of the panels. Does anybody know if there was damage? Broken glass?

I updated my diagram according to the newest pics

Roof height used below!

1WTC = 371 meters or 1216 feet out of 418 meters or 1371 feet
4WTC = Approximately 244 meters or 801 feet out of 298 meters or 977 feet
157 = 211 meters or 691 feet out of 306 meters or 1005 feet

(Note: I used the 418 meter figure for 1WTC when measured from the lowest above ground entrance and I used the 298 meter figure for 4WTC.)

i know it's detal but it's quite long to go to the kitchen and comeback
