Saw these 2 towers rising. What towers are they?

This one is U/C right opposite to the One57 tower:





...and this is U/C on 44th street. Shot this from the 9A highway/12th avenue:

Am I the only one who thinks this building doesn't look as imposing as the other 1000fts.

^ Thanks man. 120 W looked puny so I didn't have much expectations for it to rise high. But Gotham west is a disappointment as it looked so big up close.

I don't like the cladding so far. I assume it would turn into much more transparent blue sleek glass or something? This toyish blue looks out of place...
