I don't think he's referring to the covered panels on the front. I'm a bit ambivalent about the cladding. There are days I think it looks more suited for a casino/hotel type, not a residential building, then some days I think it looks exactly like water coming down from a fall

Almost died on the way to my friend's roof in the storms yesterday!

Because of the floor count I think they already are making the curved section for some time, we only can't see it because of the black cover panels

What are the other buildings under construction in the pic?

The big reflective tower, the concrete tower to the right and is that a crane reflected in the windows of that reflective tower (another u/c bldg?)
