1715 broadway. It's going to be in the 700 ft range. It's rising at a good clip.

Hmph, I'm a bit puzzled right now cause at this height (calculated from the floor number) the tappering should have been bigger. After all, only one floor is remaining, isn't it?

I now think I found the problem. I mistakenly put the top floor as floor 75, however according to Otie's diagram the top floor is an unnumbered mech floor, so actually two floors remain. The next time I'll update my diagram I'll correct the mistake

220 CPS, which is all covered in demo netting, can be seen in the lower right corner. (It looks black due to the netting.)

Some renders I found on skyscrapercenter.com (CTBUH), I don't think these have been posted on here before.

Before we know it, a significantly higher tower will rise in the foreground of that photo! For those who are not from NY, the site of 225 W 57th is immediately next to the old tower in the foreground.

I dont like the canopy and all those wavy designs at all. Looks like it's gonna get outdate really fast.

The ripples are so unique, I don't think any other buildings have such a feature.

I think it is turning out as a pretty nice tower. Like the cladding.

It looks much better, than I thought it would. The first renders did it no justice.
