OK. maybe my comment deserved to be mocked. I was just contemplating its position in a perfect world.

I don't think the issue is off-topic by the way. The position of a tower in the skyline and how it fits in with its surroundings (e.g., whether it fills gaps), is relevant to the overall aesthetic impact that a building makes. Let's not have too narrow a view of what counts as on-topic. It will make for a dull thread.

Yes, it has. That's Two Columbus Circle. You can see a few windows on the front but I think it's design isn't good enough for such a place.

AFAIK some tower which is in design process by Robert Stern. (Which might result in a masterpiece)
