What I'm staring at in that photo is the two story tall great room of the penthouse apartment. That will be an awe inspiring space for the owners and visitors.

Really not sure but I think those are mechanical.. A vide (interior balcony), looking out over Central Park would be killer indeed.

Maybe I've been following this forum for too long. The ph is in contract for between 90 and 100m (exact price unknown?) and is around 10,000sf.

Blueprints of that residential unit were posted earlier in this thread. There is a two story tall great room overlooking the park and surrounded with glass on three sides. The forth side is an interior balcony and staircase. There are six or seven bedrooms if I remember correctly. Most are on the second floor but there is one on the first floor near the kitchen, likely for a servant. The master bedroom also has window walls on three sides. The dining room, again if I remember correctly, was shown with an 18 seat table.

I really hope that the ludicrously wealthy owner is kind enough to let a camera crew in so that us peasants can see how royalty lives.

The plans show an L shaped floor plate. Is that accurate to the current design? With the construction elevator in place it is hard to tell, but it looks more like a rectangle than an L. I'm not seeing the bump-out for the family room and master bedroom shown above.
