I know you can't stand in the way of progress, but I liked the classic view (before the recent skycrapers were built) from Central Park better. It was cool how the "Essex House" sign dominated the view, especially at night.

^I'm pretty sure Empire, BofA, Chrysler, NY Times, and 4 Times Square are all taller in Midtown

That depends on which height measurement he is using, although the Empire State Building is taller in all the measurements

I think the pinnacle didn't reffer to pinnacle height, but it referred to 157 being the tallest building, but I don't think we need to make an autopsy of it. We all like this building and that is what matters

Jesus dude, its the tallest thing in the photograph, so I called it a pinnacle.
