Are they still going to open the Park Hyatt hotel there? And are there any chances that it will be opened by the end/ beginning of the year?

Brought my camera to work only to turn it on and have it tell me the battery is dead.

So I took this quick picture with my cell phone camera.

Just returned from vacation yesterday and my plane did an amazing fly by of Manhattan on the way to Newark. Fab views flying over NJ from the North from One57 all the way down to the WTC. In particular, I was very suprised how One57 was very noticable in the skyline. It almost appeared on par with ESB height wise from my vantage point. I can only imagine once the cladding is completed up on top of this puppy, One57 will look even more taller.
