yes, but the steel which was removed from the crown to deal with the snarled crane is now replaced.

And thank god. That missing piece was aggravating to look at for so many months. We were so close to being done.

How much steel still needs to be placed at this points?

Well, you think that NY should build only Art Deco buildings? Art Deco's era has gone, and now it is time for something new, something modern.

Good question!
There's not.
I couldn't get better off the excitement and simply wanted to post this awesome aerial shot, which exactly misses out One57, despite One57 being really near, in fact, being located at the brink of this realm...
Let's enjoy looking at it...

Its days like these that make me want a really nice camera. The moon looked so nice in today's clear sky next to One57... oh well.

Ironically, this building has art deco elements.

Iīve been wondering why the north side of Central Park isnīt more developed. I even looked at it in streetview. That part of town has the best views of the entire city, itīs next to the most famous park in the world and itīs not that commuters canīt overcome the distance to mid/downtown. Does someone knows the awnser?

That place has potential right? A real estate developer could find a big opportunity there. But I can't be the first one to think about something like that right, so what's the problem?

It's Harlem. It's definitely improving, but it still isn't viable in terms of building the high end residential that's booming right now.

And fifty blocks is farther than it sounds.
