I wonder when this building will open. There's no chance that it'll be in 2013 because of the lost half of a year. I'd say it'll be somewhere in the first half of 2014.

I love the view in the 1st pic.
In the last one, one 57 is barely visible despite its height.

Oh my god, that grand salon. It didn't occur to me that you could have a room with views in both directions. Although, why waste it on a dining table you'll never use and a couple stuffy chairs? Clearly, that space is destined to be a dance floor.

I like the salon on the 50th better than the one on the 60th, even better views with windows on 3 sides.

Same here. I can't even describe how awesome it'd be to eat my meals there. I'd spend hours eating.

Lol! me too and my wife probably won't be happy about it. You know what?? I think my wife would join me and we will just get obese together so all will be good.

Seriously, the views from the North and South would be AMAZING. I would buy the craziest lazy boy rotating massage chair and place it in the middle and rotate all day. I would never leave that apartment.

Umm, ever heard of formal living and dinging rooms? Any nice function they have will feature a dinner set in that room.

I think the building will be complete near the end of this year, because only several floors are left to be complete.

Exterior, yes, but interior still has plenty of work.

I'd sit at that big table and eat me Lucky Charms.

The lack of architecture and systematic design in this building saddens me. You'd think that such a pricy apartment would have better architecture. Looks like a floor plan a 5 year old drew up.
