Amazing building. Its so underrated compared to 432 Park and 1WTC. The only time this building got publicity was when that giant crane was about to fall during Hurricane Sandy. Imagine the view from there.

The attention it gets compared to 1WTC, too low definately, compared to 432, definately not. That tower has to be lesser known that One57.

This tower gets a lot of publicity! unfortunately for all the wrong reasons...

From crane mishaps to shadows casting over the park to Chinese infant billionaire purchasing a unit and arch critics basically ripping a new one in terms of it's aesthetics. lol

I've got a good mind to do a little comic here..Some of you have seen my personified Skyscrapers- Imagine One57, One WTC, and 432 Park running into the critics who dissed them? One WTC surely has a bone to pick with Banksy, and the other skyscrapers might want to have a little fun with that one critic who wrote a poem somewhere dissing the lot of them. Hmm, I must get out my pencils!

432 Park gets more attention on SSC.

And I do like One57 more. But I also like 432 Park because of it's height. That building will be nearly 400 feet taller.

SSC is its own little world that's far from reality, though.

Shouldn't arch critics be reviewing structures like the Gateway Arch in St. Louis?

I think once a building tops out, people start looking toward the next one.

Not until the cladding is finished.

Hi guys! Over the weekend, I went on a vacation and booked a hotel on West 57th street. So I got to see One57, 432 Park Avenue, the Steinway Building (and the gap next to it where 111 West 57th Street's supposed to be built), the Hearst Tower, the Time Warner Center, Cityspire, as well as a panoramic view of the Midtown Manhattan skyline. Unfortunately I had one of those old, obselete Verizon phones, and I have no idea how to post them. But I did take many pictures of One57.
