Building is open.
Park Hyatt sign went up yesterday.
Doormen in front , hotel people going across street to p/u coffee for guests...
All front scaffolding gone. You can walk the sidewalk lol...

The stripes of cladding on the tower are great, its a pity the sides are adorned with random cladding its cheapened the whole appearance I think.

That is the famous Riverside Church located in Upper Manhattan in Mourningside Heights. According to wiki, It's equivalent to a 392' tower.

Damn, this, along with those other residential super-talls are going to really change the NYC skyline, I just hope the NIMBYs weren't right about the shadows on Central Park.
