That first CP Fall photo really exemplifies what I like best about NYC photography: a dramatic shift in scale from foreground to background. You've got the human street life (trees, school buses, pedestrians in crosswalks) at one scale, contrasted against these absolutely mountainous buildings at another. Second to being there, it really feels like the best way to appreciate the hugeness of the place.

I am really confused, is it 100 stories? Or is that the old design that is no longer accurate?

If Witkoff has the chance to go very high, he will. Of all sites in the 57th St/CPS corridor, the Park Lane's location is the best,

Hey, if someone who was ultra rich really wanted to buy an apartment at the West 57th street towers or at least see an "open house", where would they go/ register? The building's websites?

Those someone's would generally have a person that handles things like this or would already be working with a Broker. It's not like Warren Buffett calls the number on the website and ask's to see an apartment. Most of the time, even if you call to set something up directly, they will tell you to have your Broker contact them and if you say you don't have a broker, they will tell you to get one. They don't really have "open houses" for stuff like this and if they do, it's usually only for other Brokers, not the general public.
