Lol! If I were a construction manager there, I would tighten my security!

After lobby, 2 first floors are mechanical..After that there are hotel floors to the 20th floor which is mechanical..You can see it on the render..Then all floors to the top are residential...And there's (I'm not 100% sure) pool up on the roof...

And 45th floor is higher than others..Don't know why..(It could be penthouse, but penthouses are usually on the top floors..)

I've thought that too, but the similarity exists only with respect to the south facade of Carnegie 57. The north facade looks nothing like Jahn's building.

I absolutely love that render. I can't wait for this to be completed.

Now i see some rebars in the columns, but still i think it needs more. Does some one has more information or a reliable source for info?
If this gets done it will change the skyline for sure.

We don't know much about this tower..But I can say that there's enough of rebars in that concrete..First of all, there's a lot of professionals workin' on this 300 m tower, a lot of calculations was done, so I think that they know what they're doin'..Second..This is all concrete tower..Every wall is concrete, and as you can see, those are thick walls..This tower will be very good connected net of concrete walls..

So due to the lack of a core, will this building be completed faster then a typical building of the same height with a core?

People are confused because currently there is no core visible.
