Oh, but there is indeed a core, correct?

We need a picture of the building site from above for some visual proof of a core.

This picture from RoldanTTLB at SSP, posted here in September on post 607 of this thread shows something that looks like elevator shafts.

But elevator shafts are not a core of course. And with a concrete building with a core it usually sticks out at this time of construction.

But if someone has some actual proof, please show it.

I wish some office worker/resident in a nearby building would shoot a picture and post to flikr. I occasionally search for something. But no luck so far.

Many ongoing projects in Toronto feature a construction style that makes it hard to tell where the core is. It's usually just on par with the floors. Look at 1WTC for instance. All buildings will feature some sort of core structure in them past 5 stories.

Unfortunately no..
That would be great, but I guess this is not such an interesting project as WTC or any other..

only buildings directly adjacent to the site would be able to have a webcam.

Also remember, that the buildings around the site mostly aren't buildings that any ordinary person can live in. I mean, a apartment on the west side near central park. I dream about a place like that lol.
