It's going be very complicated to get a HD Earthcam in this location... I mean, the only tower close enough to get HD images is the Carnegie Hall Tower, it's residential and office tower... and I find it very complicated... Meanwhile, there isn't an official resource mentioning of an existing core, is this right?

It's not that complicated, somebody just has to pay for it..

I think Carnegie Hall Tower is actually just an office tower... No residential. Is this correct?

Hard to believe they are using wood forms...seems "low tech" for USA standards, but, maybe I'm wrong and it's still a common material there

I don't think that is accurate for Carnegie Hall Tower. If you go to their website (www dot carnegiehalltower dot com - sorry, I am too new to post links), you will see that they only mention office space in the building. Also if you go to www dot streeteasy dot com and search its address (152 W 57th St), you will see no current or past residential real estate listings. It puzzles me that both emporis and skyscrapercity list this building as mixed use. I think that is just incorrect.

I'm really curious to see what the prices will be for Carnegie 57... Probably out of my price range, but hey, a guy can dream!

The floor heights of the lower floors are huge. Looks like there approaching the first small setback. I hope we'll see some cladding by summer.

Barnett is targeting $4,000/sf which should be easily attainable. For high-floor apartments, he'll probably get a lot more than that because when this is completed in two years, there will be no competition unless Torre Verre and The Drake break ground this year -- both of which, are very possible.

$4,000/sf is pretty aggressive. That would put it right around 15 Central Park West prices, for (in my opinion) a slightly worse location. Good for him though - I hope he can get it!

I don't think that $4/k is agressive at all. It's very realistic.
