Hope this helps...I was thinkin' about making a diagram by myself, but I got in trap with 20th floor and 47th floor on renders..

Here's feet converter so you can easily work with those measures..

And here is list of floors and rooms on each floor..

And here are huge size renders for help..

Render 1

Render 2

You will notice that 74th floor is bigger on the renders than others..And that is how it supposed to be...Because 74th is mechanical..But when you count down, there's 2 floors missing when you get to the ground..It's some kind of error I can't figure out..Maybe you can..

I'll do my best.

Edit: Dino, did you counted the floors from the first render you posted? If you did, there's an optical illusion in the lower levels that trick you.

Same with the rest of the building. There are indeed 74 floors. Any idea of measurements (height) of the normal floors & lobby?

Does the numbers mean the rear yard accounts for 20 % of the lot and the footprint of this building covers 80%? That doesn't sound right.

Thanks for reposting those renderings. They made me realize something interesting about the design.

This building will have no flat roofs. In fact, the walls curve inward such that the top of this building is part if the same surface as the side. Every square inch of the exterior is glass, even the roof. This isn't terribly unique worldwide. However it certainly isn't the norm and will be the only building of this type in this region of the city.

Yes, that would be about right...

Yes, I did it that way..And still, the higher floor on the render is 49th, as I counted that way...But it should be 47th...Try it..

I see. The rear yard was not specified in the diagram. This is quite a sizable area for an indoor/outdoor type of enclosure.

The podium has a flat roof on the north/58th street side.

I'm guiding by Christian De Portzamparc's render... Diagram will not be as accurate as expected but the interval of error may not exceed 3ft (~1m).
Also found out only one model at Google's Wharehouse, but had many errors...
Anyways, a look to what I have done until now:

Is there any way to know current height? Any formula or data aviable? Or just guessing?

the final height is actually 1,003ft, as stated on portzamparc's website.

^ I was refering to the 16th floor height. Thanks for the statement

To understand the vertical faces of the building (in order to make the diagram) first we need to understand the horizontal faces.

edit: The A,B,C reference is used in this scheme only to show the upper, middle and bottom part of the building. Doesn't indicates the areas such as hotel, lobby, residencial, etc.
