This building is amasing in many ways!! IMO for the place where it is rising; in between other buildings in a highly populated area! Where itīs really hard to stand out!! Also for the speed that it is being built!!

Some adjustments still to do with the glass... specially with the east/west part. Take a look to the north side (31st-41st floor).

*Notice I've spotted random lights and that I only show the structure and curtain wall. Other elements are guessed.

Ok, new stuff. After a long time of exploring the tower's frame and understanding it, I found the most important vertical concrete columns that support the building. I made a quick diagram showing which columns are larger than others.

This is how the lobby should look like:

*On the diagram I only count the complete 90° vertical columns.
**The lobby rendering only shows the most important columns, I hided the rest ones.

Thanks for that diagram. It is really cool. And it does show how tall this building is.

If you go by roof height it will be in a couple of years 1) WTC1 2) ESB 3) Carnegie

In fact, if you throw in the rest of the WTC buildings 4 out of the 5 tallest buildings in NYC are now under construction!!! Clearly this will have a noticable impact on the skyline.

One thing about your diagram though. While you get the height correct I don't think you have the other dimensions correct. You make the Carnegie Tower look bulkier than the ESB and that is obviously not the case. Maybe there is some way to fix that.

Tha is a nice diagram. I would also highlight the 100m, 200m and 300m lines. That would make it easier to compare heights.

Thanks for posting the pics Dino.

Notice on the 58th Street side you can see the exterior elevator being set up.

Hope the speed of construction picks back up soon.

Did you leave the spire out on ESB on purpose?
Or just forgot it?
With spire it's like 440meters or something

That is the spire of the ESB. The left out part is just the antenna.
