It's amazing how this work progresses!

Really going to be spectacular, since you already have good height, and that only the base is built, it will be very high, impressive.

In sober, elegant and innovative.

We're going to start needing to see come pictures taken from higher vantage points. It's getting hard to tell what's changing from the ground's perspective.

It really isn't much to see from ground level yet. I only spent a few minutes looking up and walked off. Give it a year and people will begin to notice it.

It will be good when the cladding starts. I expect that to happen almost any time.

You are right, we need a better vantage point but there isn't one. Once it gets above the other buildings and can be seen clearly from Central Park and other angles things should be better. But then we'll need someone with a better camera than my Iphone.

passed by this today, it's looking good. It'll take awhile for it to be seen from anywhere but street level.

Yep, you´re right, in the last updates of the past weeks, it all looks about the same. So a higher perspective is needed, shouldn´t be to hard, those other 2 towers are close by, Carnegie Hall and two others.
Can´t anybody get access into one of these buildings to make some pics of the top. It would also be nice to see how they construct it, and how the crane has been installed.

Sure, if you know some rich person who lives in one of those buildings and will give access for me to take pictures let me know their contact info and I will go right over. :-)

We can see by adjoining buildings it has gone up between 1 and 2 floors in the past two weeks.

Demo permits were filed last week for Extell's other tower that will rise nearby at 225 W 57th St. Therefore, Extell will soon give NYC two 300m+ towers.
