Thank you very much. I am personally grateful to you for this favour.

The project is going on a very very slow pace !!! One and a half year and still doing the foundation work. what a progress!!

In any case, Avishar many many thanks for taking this initiative.

I think the foundation process takes time. After that it should be quick. Anyway, thanks to avishar

Thanks all.Yup construction is very slow, but i saw there was lots of activity, with lots of workers and concrete trucks.I guess the recession had caused this one to slow down.

No updates for about 5 months! Such an ambitious project for Kolkata but no updates in website as well. Project scrapped or what?

Yes. But they are too lazy to even put up updates about project progress.

There is no doubt about success. It is already a huge success.
Just check the bookings
A project of this stature & scale needs a solid 2-3 years to take shape (Take instance of South City). So I guess, the company's idea to complete Phase I (Residential towers) by Dec 2012 will actually stretch beyond. We will see the towers shaping up by 2013, not any earlier.

am not being cynical and may be its true that the phase I is fully sold out but at times the developers use these tactics of inflating numbers to advertise its success.

Yes absolutely true sidney, this tactic of "hurry just a few flats left" and "sold out" and more often than not hogwash.Only those few projects which actually update how many flats are sold and available are to be trusted.

Some months back a relative tried to buy a flat in Bata Riverside project, amd was said there is none available because almost all is sold out. After some prodding and name dropping he confessed there are lots of flats available.Apparently the Riverside project is finding very hard to find buyers.
