I forget to tell that on the plaice where was "Sarajka" shopping mall, foreign investor (BBI) want to invest approximately 40-50 million Euros and construct completely new business centre.

That plaice was in the Sarajevo downtown and Sarajevo officials after many critics was not accepted proposed design for that new building.

Time after war when some came with lots of the money and construct what he want in the Sarajevo are over.

Now I think that it is under way new competition for design of that building.

Proposed and not accepted object by Sarajevo officials

The roof construction of penthouse on Tower B is under final works now. When finished, a heliodrom shall be constructed and placed on the top of Tower B.

Well, in most countries in world capitals take huge amount of money from states budgets and that will be corect if Sarajevo is for example in some other state. But that is not case with Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina and it is just oposite. Sarajevo like the biggest city in Bosnia and Herzegovina and like city with biggest GDP in Bosnia and Herzegovina finance some common institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and others towns not. For example TV, Art Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina and etc.

First Bosnia and Herzegovina is I am sure one of the country, which is the most decentralized country in world, and it is that much decentralized that Bosnia and Herzegovina have big consequences because of that. Actually it is more decentralized than required minimum for one state.

It is true that Sarajevo have many construction projects and even huge projects under construction even some of them big for Europe standards but none of them are financed by Bosnia and Herzegovina or even Federal budget.

Today, Sarajevo doesn’t have anything more from that like capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina on paper. Even buildings for common government officials of Bosnia and Herzegovina are actually property of canton Sarajevo and even TV building and etc.

For example Bosmal City Center Towers are financed with about 100 millions of Euros by private investors, Dnevni Avaz Business Center are financed by private own Dnevni Avaz newspaper, "Garden of Riverina" which is under construction for first phase are financed by foreign investors, same is for how I heard third future UNIS towers, one more tower which will be financed by Holiday Inn owners from Austria, cable railway to the near by Mountain Igman and Bjelasnica same, Bjelasnica and Igman ski centers, Aquatorium like huge project same and etc.

What is mean that all constructions projects in Sarajevo are not financed by state, but private persons, foreign investors and etc.

Yes, of course that Sarajevo is not only city in Bosnia and Herzegovina but before 1991 Sarajevo was headquarters city of the two main exporter company in former Yugoslavia and it was in industry one of the most developed city in former Yugoslavia, and this is just begin of return where they belong before war. For example UNIS and Energoinvest companies were created in Sarajevo and they have theirs factories all around Bosnia and Herzegovina and even former Yugoslavia with many thousands employers and they were still worked with huge profits and they were biggest exporter in former Yugoslavia.

How they are strong that today after 3 years of war and every day cca. 3000 bombs on that city and today they have bigger GDP per capita than for example one Belgrade which don't see war at all.

Second and the most important Bosnia have many governments and you must tell us on which government you think?

For example OHR, SFOR (for one month it will be changed with EUFOR) and high representative office are most powerful in Bosnia. They are able change any officials from Bosnia and Herzegovina or any decisions made by Bosnian officials. They are not responsible to nobody. Because of that many of them are corrupt, and if they work in theirs countries most of them will be in jail. In Bosnia nobody control them. Corruptions in this level of government are the most dangerous for Bosnia and Herzegovina.

After them, is presidency and government of Bosnia and Herzegovina together with parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina? On the paper they must be the most powerful in Bosnia and Herzegovina. But this is on paper in reality theirs power is just symbolic and nobody care about them. They have very small budgets and even not enough for theirs needs.

After them came real player with the most money in budgets, Federation and "RS" governments and parliaments. They have bigger budgets but they are separated. How we know Sarajevo is in Federation, what’s mean they will not get one cents from "RS". System is like that and it is according to Dayton peace agreement.

Sarajevo doesn't get a cent from the Croatian parts of FBiH, either.
I think FBiH should be seperated into two entites, the Bosniak(Muslim) and Croat one.
So that way, Bosnia & Herzegovina will have three - Bosniak, Croatian and Serbian one and everyone will be able to develop on their own power.

Something like German/French/Italian cantons in Switzerland.

Like Serb from Serbia stop thinking about Federation. This is not your terrene to thinking.

Second it will be nicer if Bosniacs, Croats and Serbs have 3 separate countries, but that is mission impossible least in Bosnia without war. But trouble is when we have hostile solution, that no one can guarantee to us that for ten or twenty years, hostile solution will not be actual again. With other words if Serbs from Bosnia don't turn off "rs" alone than, Serbs from Bosnia will be turn off. With other words status quo after last war will finish with new war because Serbs gets from international community 49% what is too much for someone who came from Serbia with Turks during Ottoman Empire in Bosnia.

Third I think that Serbia must be divided on 5 independent states. First Serbian Belgrade pasaluk. Area around Belgrade, what is historical theirs. Second Albanians Kosova like independent state, third Montenegro like independent state, fourth Bosniacs Sandzak like independent state, fifth Hungarian Vojvodina like independent state. Everyone will be able to develop on their own power. Something like Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Kuvait.

You say 49% is "too much". You blame the international community for that.
How ironic. Before they intervened, and got all sides to talk - Serbs controlled more than 70%, if not almost 80.

You should be grateful...

Thanks for the updates on Bosmal Alberto! Its good to see Sarajevo with quite a number of big fresh new projects. I think our "friend" from the east is just jealous and is trying to take away all the positive aspects of Sarajevo showing here on this thread.

Jealous?
I'm actually the happiest when i see new projects from cities such as Sarajevo, Zagreb, Ljubljana, etc.

Its just that im a little pissed that whenever Alberto, violantjack or you post on this forum, there's always the usual jab at the "Eastern neighbours".

...... you actually jab first with nonsense, our responses are usually in reaction to this, but I still think you're jealous to a major extent.

That's right my sloveinan friend! Serbs are like cancer to Bosnia , Everything was cool I guess until they attacked Bosnia , they had their evil plan , to execute every muslim and everyone whatsover who was in their way , and I'm talikng about women , children , old people who didn't do anything wrong.
The fact is Republic srpska was created on a bloodbath , killing , raping..burning housese..etc.. and our Commandant Mark stands by that obviously , and supprots that , because every post he made ( I'm monitoring you for a long time ) u can see the irony in evry post he makes.
Keep it up smartass and I'll have you banned , and just take one FREAKIN look at you'r avatar*?
And that says everything....so don't make a foul out of yar self anymore , because you already did that previous , watch you'r mouth Serb boy , and stay out of this thread , Because you are not welcome here*
See...it says Sarajevo , not Bnja Luka or Belgrade..... get it?

P.s. Thanx to Alberto for such a longass comment , we're cool bro
