Next year (4.2005) will begin construction of the highway around Sarajevo. All construction will be done for one year and it will cost about 80 millions of Euro, Federal government of BiH announced today. Some parts of that highway were constructed before and with this part, highway who supose to bypass Sarajevo, will be constructed.

I have wanted to ask you guys this for numerous times, but never really wanted to start another fight in any of the threads.....and every time Bosmals came up, I have wondered once again:
where do you think that Istanbul is? p.s: I don't wanna start another bashing conversation, just curious about your knowledge of geographics...I know this has caused fights some months ago, but I cannot remember any of your explaining exactly where do you believe Istanbul is placed. Maybe a comment of any Turkish member of this forum would be great.... |

Mmmm, i don't really think Turkey is an European country... the culture is so much different. They are closer with Middle East, and well, the majority of that country is not Europe technically. That tiny part that is should belong to Bulgaria or Greece really

Um...WoW! This is the first time that I have completely dissagreed with what someone said! Turkey is indeed a very different cultural country and it in alot of ways, that is a very good thing! Also, how can you say that the European part of Turkey should belong to Bulgaria or Greece!? How would you like if a chuck of your country that is very important to it's economy was taken away!? I personally think that Turkey as well as every country deserves every little bit of it's country... |

I knew that I just meant that their incoming money is not going to go anywhere untill they pay back all those loans! We wouldn't make a loan that we couldn't pay back!

I guess when we say "Balkan", we mostly mean our version of it
![]() EX-Yugoslavia + maybe Romania & Bulgaria. So yeah, Bosmal, at 118 meters, is the tallest in the Balkans. But Belgrade's USCE will be 130 meters top to bottom. |
