Inspired by acclaimed fashion and hotel designer Antonio Miro, the design of Miro is a creative mix of Barcelonian art, architecture and music. - Designer inspired but yet not by that designer leh. Also, some so-called designer designed also not practical for Singapore living.

- Is that an advantage? Don't think so because usually for loft unit, actual liveable area is much smaller than the sqft size of the unit you buy.
◦32 storeys - highest in the neighbourhood
- Still blocked left, right, centre (except the highest level Penthouse?)
◦Less than 10 mins walk to Novena Square and Novena MRT
- Many more condo estates that is less than 5 mins to Novena Square and Novena MRT down there.

- Did Far East guarantee that? Otherwise same as surrounding condos right?

don't think this project is worth for $1900psf, over price liao. heard entire proj was bgt over by a dubai millionaire and so this asset mgmt coy is thking of letting go units by units. i thk $1400psf is the best for this valuation. no bank could meet $1900psf for medical hub area, too many sickly and virus flying in the air...scary

lol...1900psf in tat area quite ok lor..given Viva and lincoln suites pricing..but jus that both of them r big scale projects with gd facilities and novelis jus apt status. So quite agree with u tat 1.9kpsf is abit overpriced. I still remember tat i submit chq for this project hoping to get one of the PH when i was quoted roughly 1100psf, but ended up bulk purchase at i tink average 1.5k psf:nuts:

yah...wow you seems like very much into the property scenes leh... vested a lot of interests at bits and pieces. dun mind chatting or hearing from you for any other good places for investment tho.

well, we cannot compare lincoln and novelis as they are of 2 diff prods altog. i am sure lincoln can cmd a higher psf for its amazing architecture and quality. whereas novelis is purely built over a small plot of land with limited facilities all built within the apt.

any good buys or good to invest place? how abt farrer park rangoon area? luv the bohemian feel...
