Well done! It's interesting to see Tokyo through the eyes of a local!
Do you live in Germany now?? My two favourite countries...

Fascinating place. You certainly do get the feeling that the intense built form will never give way to countryside. There are so many hidden wonders in Tokyo.

As I have said in all other threads, Tokyo is for me the most amazing, sophisticated, thrilling, impressive, fascinating city in the planet (and I have been already to New York, Paris, Chicago and London, where I lived for some months).

If the pictures are amazing, just imagine how is it like to actually be walking in the middle of this urban marvel. You have to do it at least once in your lifetime.

I've been there once for 11 days and I wish I could go back there once a year

Thank you.

Tokyo has `human-level`intimate architecture which contributes very well to the streetscape.

You are a lucky person, Japan and Germany being your countries of residence as they are both my favourite countries in the world.

Excellent shots of an amazing city. I can never get over just how clean Tokyo is for a city of its size. No irritating tagging that plagues western cities.

It's amazing. Tokyo's streetscape is so diverse, I love all the little eccentric buildings.
