LOL COME!!!! I don't need to tell you how good it is. Thx hassoun,Wselna bel salame, 7amdillah. I went to Rome then Beirut 1) The airport in Rome = Holy shit was the customs lady every a bitch, she made me put my rolls of super 8 and photo film through the xray machine. she says its photo safe, if its ruined I'm billing that bitch for my damaged film. 2) Love the little train in the airport at Rome!! 3) The Rome airport needs huge amounts of renovation, made Rafik el harriri airport look amazing lol. 4) OF course I knew I was in lebanon when it took as approx 1hr for our bags to arrive, this is excluding the fact that no one knew which conveyor had our luggage. Welcome to lebanon I AM IN BEIRUT AND ITS AMAZING! i got here yesterday, went to the voting stations, tried to vote but couldn't, then at night walked to the BCD and saw everything I wanted to see lol Today a few people are in the streets but everything is closed. Its 8 pm and people are starting to go out. Can't wait for tomorrow. |

for your fourth point... didnt they have the LCD screens displaying the airline and flight number when picking up your bags ? .... as soon as I got there my bag was right infront of me. I hope you didnt get hassled by those MEAG staff.

They had the airline and where it was coming from but after waiting 30 minutes, at the wrong conveyor that said MEA from rome, It turned out it was the airitalia from rome. then we went to a second one until some random guy was like MEA FROM ROME conveyor 1...and when we went there we waited another 30 for our bags to start coming but once they started mine were first.
It wasn't that bad, I'm patient my mom was just bitching too much. She kept on standing at the Airitalia line, even though she knew there was nothing there..she wanted to stand just in case. W/E!! SIDE NOTE.... to anyone who comes to beirut, come to the Prague Cafe in Hamra, its right next to the HSBC. AMAZING PLACE, and Great internet. |

YES ITS SOO GOOD, I LOVE THIS CAFE. but the door is really worn out. it just says "Prgue" now. lol I thought it was like some design they had going for them. Apparently not.
You know I always wondered whether it was alitalia or airitalia ...I stuck with airitalia cuz it was safer..thx for the correction :P |

look i think meeting in a cafe in beirut in the afternoon is the best suggestion especially for a first time
what do u think ??? i prefer if it was an outdoor cafe (like in DT or rawche) note: the biking idea is not bad also but i dont think its apropraite for a first meeting, but that's just me |

(Side note....after the frisky comment, I like how you emphasized meeting me at place in the afternoon, outside, with lots of people around us) |
