Yaroslavskoe line. The train frequency here is comparable to what is seen in metros. Trains run every 3 minutes. Once I saw 3 trains running along one another. Seems like in Tokyo!
Very interesting, thanks for sharing. Do you have a link to a Wiki page for that line/company?

The reason is not in overpopulation but in the cancellation of suburban routes at Friday (after end of workweek). I think the better solution in this situation is to wait pair of hours in order to avoid overcrowding in trains or to use bus routes to the city of Khimki.

You are hopeless. So, now you will write about few hours that you spent in suburban bus when you planned to visit Khimki after you missed the train to Noginsk?

Your whole transport is a collapse.
Actually it was caused by building an extra mainline track to accommodate more trains... Some of scheduled work required to limit number of trains, so some trains were cancelled.
So it's a story of really poor cooperation between construction and traction departments, rather than day-to-day problem.

Even in Russia, it doesn't look so crappy due to lack of necessary maintenance.

Only number of residents who officially registered in Moscow (not including residents of numerous suburbs) in 1.5 times higher than whole population of Serbia. It's silly to compare Moscow with provincial European towns in such countries like Poland or Serbia.

outage, you know very well how things are going with the railways in Serbia. Railways in Serbia in a poor condition. I traveled from Belgrade to Novi Sad by train just for fun. My serbian friend tried to stop me and told that bus would be much better anyway. We spent in the train for 4 hours!!! Serbian trains don't follow the schedule! Train was terribly slow and many times stood somewhere in the field. Then it was a fighting between two drunken Serbs in the car. And one more thing - I was shocked when the cashier at the station in Belgrade was smoking in her workplace
So, compare the Russian and Serbian Railways at least incorrectly

P.S. If you write that I'm lying - I'll give you contact of my serbian friend Nikola who was travelling with me that day.

Alstom doesn't want to recede. The offered options for tram system of Moscow (according to unconfirmed information, possibly acquisition of 120 trams from new Alstom-Transmashholding plant in Petersburg).

Do you mean that a new contract for additional tramways could be awarded differently from the contract awarded to Bombardier last year ?

I can here recognised the Citadis concept from Alstom which has been so successfull around the world with 1618 orders (not including Citadis Dualis, Spirit and Regio):
AFRICA 3 countries 7 cities 271 Citadis
AMERICAS 4 countries 4 cities 32 Citadis
MIDDLE EAST 3 countries 3 cities 108 Citadis
EUROPE 6 countries 29 cities 1160 Citadis
PACIFIC 1 country 2 cities 47 Citadis
