I dunno... but I like the design very much. Its simple and understated. Though I can't say the same for the promo materials. The ads should also exude the luxury and the presence of which this tower wants to represent. Gramercy did a better job.

But in terms of design, I like this better than the Gramercy. The latter looks too bulky for a supertall and needs to be more slender.

i havent noticed the two other towers in the background before.....so a 3-tower supertall project. very nice indeed, as long as they have the money to build them all...

The first third of Stratford will house the studio and 1BR units; second third will be the 2BR units; and the last third for the 3BR units. The larger windows will be perpendicular to Kalayaan Ave. so given that the front of the tower (the zig-zag facade) will face Gramercy, the best views will be at the back facing the Makati City Hall.

According to the agents, Jerde's master design for the original Century City will no longer be realized by Picar so I am hoping that Picar City and Century City will still complement each other design-wise.

A distinctive building. Although I'm not a big fan of the design, I think that the height more than makes up for the bland design.

the latest photo shows they're still digging so status is still PREP, not U/C. I hope a mod can change the title?

I like the design.. (diamond-like edges to me)
maybe it is slender in design because of limited space. (3.4 of 4.8 hectares of the lot was sold to Century Prop. the owner of Gramercy, while the remaining was sold to Picar Prop. the owner of Stratford residences).

This will make the Antel and nearby residential towers shorter.

Mods: Please see below the actual status at site. Can we move this to Projects u/c?
The developer is also aggressive with their ads.
Thanks.

Is that the actual site for the tower? That is one big ass hole. It looks to be about 4 floors deep.
