Actually, Cardiff has an extremely proud history of welcoming people from all over the world. In fact, it has never existed as a large town or city without being multicultural.

The development of the city through the docks guaranteed that. I don't mind you falling out with cardiff the poster, but I take objection to you slighting my city at any given opportunity. If you want to do that then you are just bringing skyscraper city down to a very low level.

Just don't bother El Greco, it's pointless and childish. Reminds me a little of the 14 year old chavs 'bigging it up' about football hooliganism on messageboards! Take it elsewhere and argue about which of you has the smallest penis somewhere else.

Wow, someone's horribly misinformed with the whole "us and them" mentality. From that, anyone would think that the provincial cities were yet to acquire the likes of museums, restaurants, modern bars and lecture halls! Get over yourself, this is the UK. Provincial cities have all these things, maybe you should open your eyes to that fact.

And for your information, there are plenty of "dingy" pubs where groups of friends watch football in London. Find a "dingy" pub, find some friends, and you'll find it's also a nice way to spend time. Beats being stuck up your own arse.
