Do You Know Where This Might Be In Europe?

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows where this is? All I know is it is in Europe....I have searched so many places but keep coming up blank. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks so much

First I thought it looked like Paris, but looking at it twice it looks more East European :S
But looking at Google, it says that Dan moved to a French rugby group, did he?

If you have this image and it has better resolution, I would read the street sign next to the orange truck...see if it is German, French, Romanian.. Etc...The possibilites are many!

The narrow rear number plate on the car behind the arrow sign would indicate a Belgian registry.

Based on that I would guess Antwerp.

this foto is very weak. Next time take a one with cars register numbers. Here you have only two
opportunities: Check the design of traffic signs used in all european countries or waiting for someone who lifes in the nearness.
