Hmm.. right side driving..northern European architecture but a 'no parking sign' I'm unfamiliar with...
My guess would be Finland - but it could be in the Baltics too or maybe even Iceland.. Personally I would put my money on Helsinki Finland ( the writing on the billboard is either Finnic or Baltic ) my guess is Finnic
