Nice pics. Btw, I was sit exactly there in your pic
 some months ago, in 2007 summer, eating a Häagen-Dazs. It was a quite hot day :SUntil then I always thought in that part of germany it could never been hot

Hamburg is a very impressive city indeed. Incredibly vibrant, very affluent and is currently development central.
These are excellent shots and showcase some of the exciting areas of the city, thank you for sharing.

hi, oh I didn't expect so positive response
 . I liked the many new buildings and the variety of their architecture.I can't wait to see the new Philharmonie. I also visited st. pauli and the reeperbahn. Nice City!

Great sets of photos there. Hamburg looks impressive though there are some buildings I can see that really should be demolished as they stand out - for the wrong reasons.
I especially like this photo. It's quite dramatic with that wall of rain causing the city to disappear in the background:
