Uneconomical width:height ratio. The office floors will be tiny because they're going to have to fill it with lift cores to get people up and down. And why's it gold?

I really don't like gold. So I'm not a fan of this building. I don't like the shape that much either actually.

couldn't agree more.

but you've got to remember that a city like shenzhen has more efficienty urbanity than most places in the world. they can afford to do some things inefficiently. take new york, there are lots of inefficient tall buildings. empire state building is one of them. then look at london and see all the inefficient mid-rises and iron-age roads...
