It's going to be an eye candy, it looks like floating over the the older building. My only complaint is that it seem to have a very limited number of elevators. Not a great fan of Hadid, but this one I really like, specially if we see the other proposal (that brutalist monster makes me shiver ).

Anyway, I think that the concourse itself its a bit off-the-wall . Very difficult to comply with the requirements: little space, coexistance with the older building, etc. It's not weird that some of the binds were really ugly.

Vorige week was het officieel nog maar een test, dinsdag was het “echt”: met een bouwkraan werd dinsdagochtend formeel de eerste glaskader voor de unieke buitenbeglazing van het Nieuwe Havenhuis opgetrokken en aan de staalstructuur bevestigd. Zaha Uhm..

I am perplexed.
The other proposals were not as good as this work.
But the combination of old and new construction is too pushed.
Taken individually the work of Zaha Hadid is a good item, monumental and significant that aims to become a symbol for this city

Spectacular construction project. Unfortunately outside the city. Current images.

Een mooi project. Helaas net buiten de stad.

Ein wunderbares, spektaktuäres Bauprojekt, leider etwas weit ausserhalb zwischen Gewerbe bzw. Hafenanlagen gelegen und nicht gut sichtbar aus der Stadt.
