Ljubljana, Slovenia - Photos from my trip!

Those are the lovely pictures i took in Ljubljana a place which has a small town feeling and the convenience of a big city with all sort of shops, etc

Very nice photos, Hellospank. Although they are just from the core of the old town in the city centre.

Yes, things did get more expensive since the euro was introduced and are still getting more expensive. When it comes to food, I see you experienced the best of fast food in Ljubljana - and obviously it's influenced by Italy and the Balkans.

Ljubljana looks nice...it needs more hotels though. I was browsing for some decent places and you either have to shell out lots of € for the Grand Union or it's a youth hostel. There really is a lack of decent hotels in the mid-price range.

You are probably right. They are currently building some hotels of the mid-price range.
