Salamat sa pag share ng mga pictures, malaking tulong ito sa mga wala sa Pilipinas para makita yung project... puro bad comments pa mababasa mo online kaya lagi kong pinag iisipan kung paano ma pullout yung nabayad ko... 800k na din nabayad ko sa kanila...

last year nung umuwi ako sakto na natapos na yung downpayment, nakipag talo pa talaga ako kasi gusto akong singilin ng amortization with interest... sino ba naman papayag sa kalokohan na yun... wala pa silang nadedeliver na unit sisingilin ako ng interest....

at least umuusad yung project sana tuloy tuloy na

Hello Bogitto, I had the same experience last year. I negotiated with them and now I am continuing my monthly payment but without the interest. So lahat ng monthly payments ko are deducted from the principal. Not sure if this is the best arrangement, but better than paying interest.

We should not pay interest because we have not received anything from them.

VlSAcanada21 i think ok na yung arrangement na yun basta bawas sa principal. although mas maganda kung yung lahat ng payments natin that is more than the 20 percent down payment is going into an escrow account tapos makukuha lang nila once they complete the project. makaka 1 year na ako ulit and im going to contact them soon para sa next set of payments for 2013. hirap nga lang mag asikaso kasi nan dito ako sa states

Don't worry guys, may habol tayo dito dahil stipulated sa license to sell nila na turn-over is before end of December 2013.

Pag hindi na-fulfill iyan, we can file for full payment sa lahat ng binayad natin.

May ganyang kaso na sa Victoria de Manila 2. Nakuha niya full payments niya.


I might just hold-on to this, good investment na rin. Yung kahabaan near sa buendia, nademolish na at FIL-INVEST ang brand na nakalagay.

May hotel pang gagawin sa halos tapat ng Victoria de Makati.

I think the value of our investment will appreciate in no time.

Yup. Yung sa may buendia, corner ng washington, ang landmark doon ay yung mercury drug store sa corner. Tapos Makati townhouse hotel ang second floor ng mahabang building doon. Yung ground floor, iba-ibang establishments dati; ranging from copy center, carenderia, night bar, etc.

We use to stay kasi before sa small cheap hotel sa second floor. And as a bachelor, sa Santillan st, nearby, naman ako tumira.

Sana nga lang maayos ang building at matapos on time......

Hey Guys have you heard na sa May na daw ang turn over this year at grabe ang ginagawa nila sa isang co home owners unit natin kasi talga pinipilit syang pagbayarin at pinadalhan pa sya ng demmand letter kasi nga ayaw nyang magbayad ng interest kasi dpa tapos ang building at gusto pang IN HOUSE Financing tapos ayaw syang sagutin sa fone pag tumatawag at yun pala balak nilang ILITIN or kunin ang unit ng ganun ganun lang samantalang bayad na sya ng DP..

Gusto nila sumunod sya sa lahat ng gusto nila na magbayad ng interest sa TCP at per month ang interst gaya ng pinipilit sa mga co home owners natin na magbayad ng interest...Grabe, sabi sa knya sa MAY 2013 na raw ang TURN OVER kasi nag complain ang unit owner bakit magbabayad ng ineterest e wala pang building ayun pinahaba ng opinahaba at di sumasagot sa fone ang victoria sabay yun pala balak ilitin ng ganun ganun....

@chededeng, kung ipipilit ng NJSB na mag bayad ng interest sa tingin ko nasa buyers ang lahat ng legal rights para tumanggi, not sure kung ano ang rights natin, gusto ko sanang i-review yung contract na pinirmanahn ko kaso wala naman akong copy dito naiwan sa pinas

kakausapin ko ulit yung contact ko sa NJSB since wala na yung original agent ko... panibagong set na naman ako ng payments starting april

Kung sino man iyang co-home owner na iyan, i-refer mo na lang kay VISACANADA21, check mo message niya sa taas. Di siya nagbabayad ng interest, continue na lang monthly ammortization niya.

Pero kung wala pa rin, I think pwede na siyang magreklamo sa HLURB. Malinaw doon na walang full payment kung walang turn-over.

HIndi rin sonny kasi yun isang kilala nga nya na extend sya HINDI ,,nag complain sya alam mo ang sagot HINDI daw sila pareho ng contrata ngee e halos magkasabay nga bumili yun nakasabay na extend yun isang unit owner ,,,YAN din ang sabi sakin Magkaka iba daw ng contrata ..Sa May na raw ang TURN OVER kasi yun din ang sabi s sakin hanggan ngaun nakikipag laban pa ako dyan sa interest na yan at Extend ng monthly ammortazation.....Im not a first time buyer akala ko yun isang nabili kong unit sa The fort e malala kasi nag turn over ng dpa totalyy tapos ammenities ( ammenities lang un) daming nag complain e mas Malala to wala pang building nag tuturn over na. pinaka the best na nabilhan ko CITYLAND at CROWN ASIA yun cityland ko nga nagbalik ng 3K sakin when i got my Title sabi sakin nasobrahan bayad ko...Crown asia or Villar company HINDI nag tuturn over hanggat di tapos talga lahat ang building at kung ano pinangako ginagawa ng higit pa....

Yan din pinaglalaban ko ngaun na deretso angsame ammortization ko na walang interest at yun dating binabayaran ko pareho pa rin..naku grabee

What happened to me was nung nandito ako sa Canada sinisingil na ako ng interest, then I sent them a letter questioning them and citing the details of the contract. Nung ayaw pa rin nila, nag -send ako ng letter na whatever payments na gagawin ko sa kanila, it will be under protest. Yun ang advise ng lawyer na tinanong ko para hindi ako ma-default. Nagkataon bakasyon ko sa Pinas kaya nakipag set ako ng meeting sa Accounting at sa Customer Care (not sure exact name ng department), then they asked me to write a letter to the Vice President asking for a reconsideration. After one week nakatanggap ako ng reply na ni-revise na yung amortization ko not to include interest. Pero hanggang May 2013 lang un. Sabi ko pano kung di pa tapos sa May 2013 ung building, sabi ie-extend nila yung no interest amortization ko.
