Indore Cityscapes

Indore (Hindi: इंदौर/इन्दोर Indore.ogg pronunciation (help·info), the largest city and the commercial capital of the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It is situated on the Malwa Plateau, just north of the Vindhya Range. Indore is the administrative headquarters of the Indore District and the Indore Division, and formerly served as the capital of the former princely state of Indore and the summer capital of the erstwhile state of Central India
The name Indore originated from the Indreshwar temple constructed in 1741 by local landowners.

we used to stay in this hotel when i was a kid

This is the first mall of MP called Treasure Island. i remember when it opened the owner had to put an entry fee because people would just come in and walk around for free AC ,touch everything and leave without buying anything. you would get reimbursed if you bought anything. now they discontinued that as people started behaving.

now that had pedestrian overbridge with escalators to cross the street. earlier people would just run across the street and slow the traffic down.
