Geneva | Genève | Genf | Ginevra

Some pics of the city I grew up in, in my opinion one of the most organized and functional cities in the world. A great place to party, and enjoy all that Switzerland has to offer.

Enjoy Geneva

Very good photos, thank you big time. Geneva might be very organized, it also looks both elegant and likable. The location is beautiful of course. Special compliments for this pic: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v3...d/PICT1463.jpg

I recognise a lot of these areas from living in Genevé over two summers (2000 and 2001). It's a great place (though I did prefer Zürich).

Genève is indeed a charming city. I love its mix of elegance, friendliness and general diversity. A lovely place. Thanks for the photos.

I like Zurich too. Though I really enjoyed how international and cosmopolitan Geneva was. It felt a bit like the epicentre of the world.

It is maybe because I french but I prefer Geneve, I felt like I am in a french city. It is easy to find manga and other stuff that french youth (like me) like.
I admit that many of Geneve suburbs are in France.

I lived about a 10 mins drive from the French border, on Malagnou.

Thanks for the compliments. In my opinion Geneva is what every city should strive towards. The perfect balance of quaint yet powerful.

I could feel that the Swiss French are friendlier to foreigners when compared to Swiss German. I like Geneva better than Zurich.

Certainly a very beautiful city. Absolutely lovely. I hope to go there some day.
