Thats bizarre

I know he is voting for Spain-Portugal 2018 (according to recent reports) , but does he have any right to claim that the AFC will vote as a bloc ? What does the South Korean, Japanese & Thai delegates have to say about this ?

The evaluation report was scathing of Qatar because its many shortcomings. It was to be expected of course because its not technically compliant in the true sense of the word.
Troubles with diversity, heat, logistics, health, exclusivity, the inability to test the airport at load, transport at load, accommodation at load, cooling technology at full load in similar June/July conditions, and the list goes on.
Hence we will see a massive divide in voting. No ExCo's from developed nations with the exception of Spain (who have vested interests) will vote for Qatar under any circumstances. This is at least 11 members that will not vote for them at all

No because "they sell for english people, than arabic and then family". And english or american are not like arabic people, but they can go into the mall.

how is excluding Asians not racist?

can calling it a management decision does not excuse it. private business cannot operate in a moral vacuum

I see more racism in the post of X (first one in this page) than the policy of management of a shopping mall that doen't allow to the asian to enter. It could be an economic choice also.
