O Garcia está esquecido pelas empresas da construção civil. É um bairro bem estruturado, central e bastante pedonal. O que complica é o transito por conta dos inúmeros colégios e faculdades.

Estou surpreso em ver lançamento para o garcia. Apesar de ter um trânsito terrível, o garcia é um ótimo bairro. Eu moraria fácil no garcia!
