The building on the far left is Marina Palace. They are doing the glass cladding now, you can see it if you look closely.

There are more Marina Palace project at that area. The one who is allmost finished is Marina Palace 1 or 2:

This new Marina Palace is recently under construction.

Hmm, it is a different building indeed. But the big one I showed is not on their list. So it must be another project. This one is UC, you can see the construction pics on their website.

Muttie, the big building that is allmost finished is also called Marina Palace and is also a project of Proclub:
Like I said it earlier there are many Marina Palace projects at that area.
