They need to strengthen the roof structure there, because that's where the floodlights will be placed.

Seats looks similar to the ones from Warsaw stadium. Which is great.

They're the same Herzog & de Meuron style seats which can be found on both new stadiums in Warsaw and on Allianz Arena, for example.
