"Like New York in the Tropics", I'm still trying to figure that statement out. It doesn't look like ANY building I've ever seen in New York.

Still, a very handsome addition the the San Juan skyline.

I think its more about the lifestyle....not the look of the building itself.

Yea, since they're selling lofts, referring to lofts in NY, though one could assert these aren't "authentic" lofts.

Exactly, davsot. Lofts are spaces that were once used for industrial purposes and then are converted to apartments. Since Atlantis will be a residential building from its very beginning, those are not lofts, at least not by definition.

La FAA con sus regulaciones de altura es la que esta manteniendo a todos los edificios en PR tan enanos

What a shame, would have been really distinctive. Is there ANYWHERE in the San Juan metropolitan area that the FAA ISN'T interfering?

Que mal. Por lo que vemos, la FAA les tiene restricciones de altura a todo el área metropolitana. Quizás el de esa área es un poco menor el límite que en Hato Rey, pero como quiera eso no es justo... me imagino que lo harían pensando en las avionetas que pasan cerca, cuando despegan , o van a hacer un viraje hacia Isla Grande.

Por cierto Vazarnie, cómo lo supistes?? Me gustaría saber un poco más acerca de las restricciones de altura en San Juan por la FAA.

No se ni que decir, pero queria escribir algo para dejar saber el molestar que tengo con la F*CKIN' limitacion de altura que la F*CKIN' FAA tiene sobre practicamente toda el area metropolitana de San Juan y como el resto de las ciudades Boricuas (fuera del Greater San Juan) no tienen una densidad comparable, los desarrolladores no miran hacia arriba y siguen construyendo torres cuatrosientollizas y urbanizaciones de 700 casas.
