Right pic: Residential tower (there are two wings now and after level 65 both the wings will be joined to make a single tower)

What is the name of the building near the site with the curved upside-down cone top?

I believe you are referring to Crompton Greaves House.

I tried measuring it using Google Earth. It looks to be about 100 m wide, damn I didn't know it was that wide.

The base would always be very wide as there are many other construction there other than the tower itself. A good way to measure would be measuring the core and then using some kind of guess work at this stage.

It doesn't look nearly 100m wide in the render. For comparison, Palais Royal is 75m wide and it looks thicker than Oasis' main tower. Are you sure you haven't measured the width of the entire complex?

It is indeed nearly 100m in width.... Oberoi is using every bit of the site for this project.
Shorter one is 50m wide and the entire complex is 225m long.

This is the footprint/top view of taller tower.

Yeah, may be that is why it doesn't look that tall in the render for a 370 metre building.

Same with Palais Royale . But 100m is really impressive, probably the widest tower on earth when completed! ( i don't count the base of BL which may be even wider, but just a few floors )

Great Updates there, the building is massive, they are indeed utilizing every bit of space they'v got, but isn't it too close for comfort to the street beneath ?

Minerva in the same city. Gate of the Orient in Suzhou, or think of the Dubai Pearl in Dubai.
