Bryggeriparken Høyhus
Stavanger - Norway

A 110m tall office and hotel building been proposed in the large development area called Forus between Stavanger and
Sandnes. The entire project will be on 220 000m2, with office buildings around 5 to 8 floors, and the 26 story tall signal
tower containing offices and a hotel. If built this will be the tallest high-rise building outside Oslo. Building is designed by
Alliance Arkitekter AS.

Will it be close to other two highirises proposed to a business area between Stavanger and Sandnes?

this one is in the same district but further east, about 800-1000m actually, here is a map,

the fourth one is not tall enough ot be in this section, we have a local thread for it though, with rendering, updates and information (link here). Its a 18 floor tall hotel proposed next to Føniks and WTC, my guess around 80m tall.

yes i totally agree, love that building, too bad its not tall enough to get noticed around the world.
