I remember the time when Kalpataru Heights and Belvedere Court were the only two buildings in the skyline. Soon there gonna be hidden.

Yup. I really like the Belvedere Court building. It's a nice sight whenever you pass through that. I used to think that was probably the thinnest building in Bombay. But the Vivarea is rising up pretty quickly.

^ They've constructed around 35 floors (discounting the podium) in the left/fastest growing tower. So there are still about 4-6 more floors to go.

MAK Kotwal Realty, a prop dealer has the following message on Google Buzz:

Quote:
Raheja Vivarea to come up with a fourth tower.
This tower will most probably be resi given the current environment.

Yes, the fourth tower in Vivarea is a residential tower. They are also coming up with a commercial tower there.
Vivarea is mumbai's first LEED certified project. It boasts of the best amenities the city has seen in any residential project.

Wow!!! Look at how they overshadow Kalpataru Heights. This has got to be over 190m (remember that Kalpataru Heights itself is 40 floors and 145m tall).
