are they actually only 45 floors? Because, I think I counted 46 floors for the leftmost building.

I don't think you count the ground floor for an Indian building. So that is why it is 46 floors.

They should each consist of 45 floors but the more the merrier. There exists some confusion amongst the different companies involved in the construction as well -

Punit Group, Vivarea's logistics management firm puts the # of floors at 44
2 podium + stilt + 42 storeys Clicky

Sterling, Vivarea's engineering consultancy firm puts it at 45 floors
Hindoostan Mills Towers - 45 Floors Clicky

MumbaiPropExchange, a prop dealer puts the # of resi floors at 41

Its a good idea. First they were constructing the building together and now while the buildings are topping out, they are starting the cladding along the way. Yes, Mumbai does seem to be in a hurry.

These three buildings are rising up fast. Does it give more info on MPE on the number of floors that have come up?

Oh good! They have started giving it finishing touches on the bottom floors. By the time they will be topped out, the cladding might be already be half way through.
