i like the positive name too, but it's horrible. what a waste. for something this tall, they could've made it more interesting. 3.5/10

Plain and boring. Lots of other Tokyo scrapers are much better then this, like the Mori Tower.

But I'll give it a 6/10 because Wikipedia says it was actually built over a former war prison where Tojo was executed, and thus, the building is popularly believed to be haunted. Pretty interesting.
