I was there a few years ago for something, I can't even remember what I was there for. But the one thing I remember was that in the driveway there was a beautiful shiny Lamborghini and I was like, wow, only in LA! Anyway I managed to get a photo in the parking lot. That's me way down in the bottom of the picture:

Maybe if it was in Fresno... LOL It's ok, adds a nice touch to that particular skyline. But hardly the best in the city...

I just think it's rather mundane. Not to say it's bad, but there are many other buildings in the DTLA, CC, and Wilshire area that are much better aesthetically, IMO. For me the most beautiful of our buildings are our historic art deco buildings (city hall, Bullocks Whilshire, Desmonds, Wiltern, Eastern Columbia, United Artists, that hotel on the west side of MacArthur Park, you get the idea...)

In "Diehard" it was called "Nakatomi Plaza", but that was in the 80s, seems like every major skyscraper in LA was owned by the Japanese back then

There's a Japanese bank downtown I like. The one with the red 'crown'?
But I like the old Security Pacific tower and the Century towers- both examples of boxy design. I like their sleek attention to detail and their mature look. Good fit and finish!
