1. that public area plaza is HUGE!!

maybe we can have outdoor concerts? cafes and shows? cooling fountains or sprays like at KL's Petronas Towers?

2. the direct connection of the CUBE to the skytrain station is great!

3. isnt the W Office building alot taller than Infinity? if so the render is alittle off on the W Office building (but of course they concentrated on MahaNakorn project in the drawing)....

OKIE i got the stats from a reporter friend. Its 310 meters. 77 floors for the main tower and 7 floors for what they call the 'retail cube' that connects directly to the BTS. top 4 floors are all restaurants and tallest sky bar in the world (so they say). and its open to the public...anyone can go up there!

extremely excited...will try to find out more info

If Sukhothai selling for 250,000b per sqm 120 year lease and that's like a good local hotel brand in a medium rise building....how much is a room like the one above going to be?

I reckon they start at 400,000b per sqm. This is the first and only development I can think of in Thailand other than the villas in Phuket that you could imagine the big hitters of the world actually lining up to buy.

The more times I look at these big renderings, I mean serious, holy crap. f&*king amazing.

I wish I'd bought in Infinity now, those prices just shot up once this plaza in front is there. Sathorn is going to be the new CBD for sure; BTS, BRT, Infinity, Sathorn Square, Empire Residences, W Hotel, Mahanakorn....... oh yeeeeeeeeeah

THE SUKHOTHAI RESIDENCES sold at freehold...average price about B226,000 psm (gigantic duplex penthouse of 1200 square meters sold at B345,000 psm)...49% foreign freehold quota in this 41 story building sold out almost immediately....

THE RITZ-CARLTON RESIDENCES (99 year secured leasehold) will sell starting at B250,000 psm... they already announced that...

THE INFINITY small 104 sq.m units, low floors, freehold could have been purchased at B120,000 psm (but not now dude)....I think very good value in light of the future of this intersection!!!
