Today I also went to Siam Paragon on the 5th floor and visited the Maha Nakhon booth.

The staff was very nice. She gave me a brochure of this project and also provided me

a lot of interesting information. The brochure book is very good, everyone who interested

should find a chance to visit there and get the brochure. The brochure provided a lot

of interesting information which some parts you couldn't find in this thread. By the way,

According to the scale in the brochure, the height of this building is just 1 metre taller

than Baiyoke II tower (310 and 309).

Excemllent booklet with detailed information. Individual designs of apartments will follow in about six weeks. Very well-informed straff at the booth. Certainly gives confidence that this project will really get off the ground.

I went back to Paragon and got 3 design books! Staff so nice they gave it to me without hassle.

Heard they are there till this sunday

BTW Baiyok is officially 304 meters not 309.

ในโบรชัวร์ของใบหยก บอกว่าสูง 309 เมตร และแผ่นป้ายบนยอดตึกก็เขียนว่า 309 เมตร
แต่ทุกเวบกลับพร้อมใจกันบอกว่า 304 เมตร ไม่รู้ตัวเลขนี้มายังไง ??

ตอนเปิดใหม่ๆก็บอกว่า 309 เมตร ในโมเดลที่ตั้งอยู่ทุกวันนี้ที่ชั้น 77 ก็บอกว่า 309 ม. เสาอากาศอีก 34 ม.แต่ตอนนี้มันเหลือ 304 ม.สงสัยตึกมันทรุดเนอะหรือแผ่นดินยุบเลยเหลือเท่าเนี้ย...!!

สร้างไม่ได้ตามเเบบ เลยไปไม่ถึง 309 เมตร
